  I came into this store with a custom ring design idea, and the crusty old hag behind the counter acted as if she could not be bothered with entertaining a lowly prole. I had to quickly pull out my phone to check my GPS. I was in fact still in Naperville, but she seemed to think her store was in Beverly Hills. Her condescending and vague responses made it painfully obvious that my potential business was not a concern. This woman was the type of detestable individual that Hannibal Lecter would cannibalize in the name of performing a public service. I had just come from Perle Jewelers down the street and they were very accommodating, and happy to share their expertise. Pearle ended up receiving my business and I was very satisfied all-around! I would not even give BK Jewelry a second thought.
